When ordering please specify quantity, item number or description of item, and electrical requirements (110V/60Hz, 220V/60Hz, 220V/50Hz) if applicable. Include complete company name, shipping address, telephone number and your name. If you do not have an existing account with Hoffman Manufacturing, we accept VISA, MasterCard, or shipment may be sent COD.

Terms:
Established accounts are NET 10 DAYS. Past due invoices are subject to 1-1/2% carrying charge per month on unpaid balance (18% per annum). Terms for international customers are Letter or Credit, payment in advance by bank draft drawn on a US bank or by wire transfer in US dollars, VISA & MasterCard are always welcome. PRICES ESTABLISHED ARE IN US DOLLARS CURRENT AT THE TIME OF PUBLICATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. SHIPMENT IS MADE AT THE PRICE IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF ORDER.

Shipping:
Shipment will be made by the most economical way. Our preferred carrier is UPS. All shipments are made FOB manufacturer.

Damaged Shipments:
HOFFMAN MANUFACTURING INC CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. If you receive a shipment damaged notify the carrier immediately to file a damage claim. Retain all original packaging material and shipping papers.

Returns:
RESTOCKING FEE is 15% on all returned merchandise. $5 minimum charge. Approval required before return.
